A seasoned professional, Boby comes with 22 years’ extensive techno-commercial experience in manufacturing, sourcing & procurement, profit centre operations, projects, & commercial affairs with profit accountability. A 1991 B.Tech Mechanical engineer from Kottayam Mahatma Gandh University, Boby is highly passionate about the spice oil industry. His professional associations include Chartered Engineer (India) by The Institution of Engineers (India). He is also a qualified boiler operations engineer by Dept. of Factories & Boilers under Government of Kerala. Starting his career as a Trainee Engineer, he worked in various capacities in varied fields like production, supervision and managerial. He was the General Manager (Operations) of Herbal Isolates. A keen strategist with expertise in managing entire operations with key focus on profitability by ensuring optimal utilization of resources, Boby has proven abilities to enhance the production process operations, optimize resource & capacity utilization, escalate productivity & operational efficiencies; while curtailing costs & expenses. He has extensive experience in development of sourcing strategies, encompassing vendor identification, development and analytical assessment, to strengthen supply chain effectiveness.

As a professional, he has got 12 years’ experience in projects, customer development, production planning and control, quality assurance, process and resource utilisation enhancement. Dilip has B.E in Industrial Production from Mangalore University. He is also a Associate Member In The Institution of Engineers (India). He has extensive experiences in leading companies and holding major roles and achieving many important milestones. He possesses the expertise and knowhow to develop new products with an excellent track- record in establishing sustainable and profitable relationships with customers, suppliers and stakeholders across the world. He has a commendable ability to liaison with various government departments like Factories & Boilers, Pollution Control Board, Central Excise, State Excise, Legal Metrology, drug inspectors’ office, etc.
